CONTENT CREATION: Creation of one new content pieces per month. This content piece can be an SEO landing page, blog or web page depending on the needs of the company and the campaign. Content marketing can be used to expand service pages, target critical keyword not supported by the website, add targeted city pages, on-topic blog dialogue, etc.
BUSINESS DIRECTORY SUBMISSIONS– Link building and profile submissions through business directory listings. Includes major business portals like and Merchant Circle. Entire network expands to 225+ business listing sites.
ONLINE YELLOWPAGE SUBMISSIONS– Link building and profile submissions through Online Yellow Pages websites like
GPS & MOBILE MAP SUBMISSIONS– Link building and profile submissions across GPS Systems like TomTom, Chevy, Toyota and other automotive manufacturer’s phone and mapping services.

LOCAL SEO: Creation and/or optimization of Google Places, Bing & Yahoo Local listings for up to three locations. Additional locations can be added at $100 per location.
TECHNICAL SEO EVALUATION– Observation of the overall technical SEO health of the website. Includes the review of the web page load speed, mobile responsive design, SSL hosting, inbound link quality, crawling issues, robots.txt, sitemap and other technical factors that impact the performance of the SEO campaign.
TECHNICAL SITE DESIGN EVALUATION– Observation of the overall SEO design health of the website. Includes the review of the on-page link crawling, content crawling, content impact on search, internal & external duplicate content, devalued content, pop-ups, below-the-fold content, page count, infinite-scroll issues and other design related factors that impact the performance of the SEO campaign. 
XML SITEMAPS: Creation of XML sitemaps to ensure thorough search engine BOT indexing. Submission of sitemaps to the search engines. 
BAD LINK CLEANUP– If bad inbound links are identified during the SEO Evaluation, we post the bad links to the Google’s Disavow Links tool to reduce their negative impact on search rankings.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS ACCOUNT CREATION– The addition of a Google Analytics account (if one does not already exist). Evaluation of website traffic stats to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the website and to provide feedback concerning SEO campaign performance.
WEBMASTER TOOLS ACCOUNT CREATION– Creation and installation of a Webmaster Tools accounts for Google. Webmaster Tools provides direct feedback from Google covering performance metrics about your website. This information is used identify problems with the website, the campaign and to provide direction for SEO work.
WEBSITE DESIGN RECOMMENDATION– If needed, performance recommendations addressing conversion improvements, SEO infrastructure or issues that could improve website performance.
DATA INTELLIGENCE: Observation of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, and search demand trends. Providing information concerning data trends or anomalies are identified and site statistics information to help plan, inform and strategize. We will set up and install these resources if they do not already exist. 
SEARCH ENGINE ADAPTATIONS: Google averages 500 search adjustments per year. For most major change, we know in advance that they are coming. We implement as-needed adjustments to the campaign to compensate for changes made or changes coming.

Reporting & Communications

SEO Service Performance Guarantee

MONTHLY SEO SERVICE RANKING REPORTS: Keyword ranking report showing current keyword rankings for relevant keywords across the major US-based search engines. Campaign updates discussing progress and campaign details.

MONTHLY REVIEW MEETING: If requested, formal meeting to discuss the progress of the campaign, prioritize for the next month, collaborate, answer questions and provide data intelligence. 

In-depth quarterly meetings to discuss website traffic trends, user behavior, product search demand, conversion rates and other details. Development of a revised corporate SEO strategy, re-prioritization of goals and tasks and other adjustments can be discussed and pursued.

DIGITAL MARKETING CONSULTING: Digital marketing recommendations & advice per request. With over 20 years or experiences, we can answer most of your internet marketing questions.

ENGAGEMENT– A dedicated EData-SharpNet Media account manager will be available to Client during normal business hours. A manager-level EData-SharpNet Media representative will be available should the dedicated account manage be away from their desk or engaged with another client. EData-SharpNet Media will provide support for Client via phone, email and/or in-person meetings in order to provide the information and details reasonably needed to address Client’s questions and requests. Other meeting can periodically be granted in an emergency meeting capacity. 


SEO service guarantee addresses new keyword ranking growth, as well as overall ranking improvements for established rankings.

  1. Capture a minimum of 5 new keyword rankings from relevant search phrases that have generated search-based clicks to your website.
  1. While individual keyword rankings may increase or decrease, there will be a minimum net ranking gain of 25 positions for all active rankings.
  1. SEO service fees are waived in any month that the above performance conditions (1) & (2) are not met. 

SEO service guarantee does not apply under the following circumstances:

  1. SEO work is removed from the website and / or modified without approval.
  2. Website issues brought to Partner’s attention, which negatively impact SEO, are not resolved. Examples include excessive duplicate content, high volumes of low-quality inbound links, mobile friendly design, and poor user experience. A strategy to remedy identified website issues impacting SEO will be provided to Partner.
  3. Website hosting issues including excessively slow page load times, frequent downtime (website inaccessible), SSL hosting, or a hacked/compromised website. A strategy to remedy any identified website issues will be provided to Partner.
  4. Due to pagerank and response time issues with Google, the SEO performance guarantee does not apply for website hosted by domain names that are under three months old. While we anticipate keyword ranking growth to happen, we cannot guarantee it.
